Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort and Prestige Cranbrook Hotel are looking for permanent full-time Guest Services Agents (also known as Front Desk Hotel Clerks).

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What does an ideal candidate look like?

– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Front desk experience is an asset but NOT required
– Must be willing to get Basic First Aid
– Must be able to work weekend shifts
– Must be able to work evening shifts
– Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Salary/Wage

$18 - $18.50 per hour
