Job Description:

Drive and carry out guided tours to different routes included in our tour packages.
Lead a group of Spanish-speaking clients throughout cities in Vancouver, sharing historical and cultural knowledge in a fun, cheerful and entertaining way.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is someone that:

Is customer-orientated and directs efforts to detect and satisfy customer needs
Has excellent communication skills that allow to efficiently convey messages, relay inform, and effectively guide and respond with empathy, clarity and passion.
Is fluent in the Spanish language and possess’ an advanced level of English

Minimum requirements

Class 4 driver’s license
Excellent knowledge in general culture of Western Canada
Excellent communication skills to Spanish-speaking travellers from all over the world
Show a high degree of flexibility and adaptation
Develop and maintain the highest standards of customer service excellence.

This position will require you to be physically available to travel to our location in Burnaby, BC (Vancouver area), so it is essential you reside in the city and have an appropriate work permit.
