Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic Step- On Tour Guides to join our team and lead luxury sightseeing tours of Vancouver, Whistler and Victoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing information and experiences with visitors, providing them with an engaging and educational journey. Our guests expect the highest level of engagement, storytelling, and professionalism. You will accompany a chauffeur-driven luxury motorcoach, bringing each tour to life with your knowledge and enthusiasm. As a Tour Guide, you will lead groups through various locations, ensuring that each participant has a memorable experience while learning about the history, culture, and significance of the sites visited. Prior experience is an asset but not mandatory.

• Utilize public speaking skills to engage audiences and maintain their interest throughout the tour.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages interaction and participation from guests.

Requirements
• Strong time management skills to ensure punctuality and adherence to schedules.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal, to convey information effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in groups of varying sizes.
• Public speaking experience is essential for engaging audiences effectively.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with diverse visitors.
• A genuine passion for educating others about local history and culture is crucial.
