About Us

Sebastian & Co Fine Meats is boutique butcher shop tucked away in Dundarave, West Vancouver.

In the tradition of the old-fashioned butcher shop, owner Sebastian works with local farmers and makes almost everything in the shop from scratch. Taking great pains to ensure the meat is tender and flavorful, our steaks are dry-aged for 40 days.

We make all our artisanal sausages from scratch, with freshly chopped herbs and no nitrates, preservatives or meat binders added. Sebastian smokes his own bacon, ham and other deli items, which are made from the meat he buys direct from farmers in BC and Alberta. As a trained professional chef, Sebastian whips up delicious and unusual house-made marinades to compliment, but not overshadow, the natural flavours of his meat.
