About Us
Martin Hospitality Group owns and operates the historic Hume Hotel & Spa and the Best Western Plus Baker Street Inn which includes Marzano restaurant.
The Hume Hotel has just completed a 10 year major renovation. During this time we have seen the completion of every guest room, the Spiritbar, our commercial kitchen, the General Store Restaurant, the Library Lounge, the elevator, the Front Desk and the creation of Aura Spa & Salon.
Our F&B outlets at the Hume include the General Store Restaurant, the Library Lounge, Mike's Place Pub, the Spiritbar entertainment venue as well as a fully functioning banquet department with mobile catering.
The Best Western Plus Baker Street Inn is a 70 room property with banquet facilities. In 2018, Marzano restaurant opened up to rave reviews and continues to be one of the most popular restaurants in town.
