The Giardino Restaurant di Umberto Menghi, is open for lunch and in the fall and looking for:

FRONT STAFF:
Hostess with knowledge of the computer and Reservations system like: Open Table or Bookenda
Waitress / Waiter
Bartender / Bar lady
Food Runner, Bussers.
All with the knowledge and passion for wine, food and experiences in fine dining.

KITCHEN STAFF:
Souse Chef Min. 5 Year experience.
Line Cooks 3 min Year of experience.
With knowledge of cooking techniques to pasta preparation in Italian style.
Dishwashers.
Full Time and Part Time Lunch and Dinner
The same positions are open for Caminetto and Trattoria in Whistler (BC)..

We are looking for professionals with experience in fine dining, with “customer first” attitude to join our team.
