About Us
1609 Restaurant and Lounge – started business in 2013 with a ethos on elevating casual dining in the SilverStar ski resort that was appealing to the guests of the resort. A quick burger and appie before getting back on the slopes, relaxing apres cocktails and drinks, or a hearty steak or one of our famous entrees for dinner. We also offer offsite catering all thru the Okanagan Valley, from 5 course meals in the middle of orchards to 20 – 400 person weddings at the venue of your choosing.
