Advance Corporate Training Ltd. (ACT) has been providing training and consulting to change-driven organizations since 1990. ACT opened a satellite office in China in 2003 and, three years later, offices were opened in Edmonton, AB and Yellowknife, NT. This rapid expansion saw us move our operations to a new office in December 2006.
ACT trains leaders and leading edge tourism organizations in areas such as customer service, sales and marketing, hospitality, diversity and cross-cultural communication. All training is held at our clients’ offices, outside locations or in our training room. ACT works with clients to improve industry and economic performance, train and retain staff, develop leadership competencies and resolve conflicts.
