Alta Bistro is a small, locally owned and operated restaurant in Whistler Village with 70 seats. Since opening in 2010, it has served seasonal, modern French bistro cuisine on a focused menu year round to Whistler visitors and locals a like. It has garnered local and international praise in the media for its cuisine prepared by Chef Nicholas Cassettari.
