About Us
Big Smoke Alehouse is West Coast BBQ with a community focus. We support our local farmers and serve up smoked food to unite the carnivore’s taste buds. Our meats are smoked long and low and are accompanied by a wide range of sauces. Our menus include many options to meet our customers’ dietary needs. Most of the menu is created to be gluten free including our gravies, soups, sauces, cornbread, and even our brownie, so if a client has a specific allergy, we do our best to accommodate his/her needs.
