Blau & Associates oversees the Food and Beverage development and operations at Parq Vancouver, an international destination located in downtown Vancouver. Parq Vancouver features two luxury hotels, downtown’s only casino, eight diverse restaurants and lounges, a 30,000 square foot park with native trees located 6 floors above street level and many more amenities.

Blau & Associates CEO, Elizabeth Blau, brings nearly three decades of food service experience and has successfully developed and operated numerous restaurant concepts and consulted on a variety projects from five star hotels to national restaurant chains.

Honey Salt – A true neighborhood restaurant that combines classic comfort with a relaxed sophistication, Honey Salt delivers a contemporary experience complemented by the warmth and style of its dedicated owners. Serving chef-driven, farm to table cuisine with an emphasis on locally and regionally sourced ingredients that highlight the bounty of British Columbia in an approachable and comfortable setting.

1886 – Located on the third floor and named after the year Chinatown emerged in Vancouver, 1886 is the ultimate destination for urban fine dining, offering innovative dishes from four culinary regions of China: Canton, Szechuan, Hunan, and Shanghai. Authentic, upscale Chinese.

MRKT East – Inspired by Singapore night markets, MRKT EAST is an innovative dining experience featuring a menu of Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Thai, Singaporean, and Vietnamese favorites. Melding traditional approaches with modern takes. The restaurant’s coffee bar serves a variety of specialty coffees, bubble tea, smoothies, and pastries.

BC Kitchen – Offers innovative and high-quality interpretations of classic bar “comfort” foods paired with a sophisticated, contemporary, lounge ambiance.
