Educational presentations for all employees and skills development workshops for managers through the Canadian Mental Health Association’s “Mental Health Works” initiative help employers resolve workplace issues related to mental health problems. Workshops help managers discuss mental health issues, deal effectively with performance issues, avoid discrimination and human rights violations, and develop accommodations strategies that work.
