About Us
Our efforts support the supply of fresh baked Artisan breads and bun products to a wide variety of Food Service businesses across the northern area of Vancouver Island. We operate 24hrs a day 6 days a week. Our Retail operations serve the marketplace 6 days a week; 0700-1800hrs daily.
We also offer a full line of Gluten Free products made from scratch on dedicated shifts and equipment for the retail and commercial customers.
