Meetingmax is a provider of online group housing solutions to corporations, associations and Convention & Visitor Bureaus (or DMOs). We license reservation technology in addition to providing traditional managed housing solutions for our clients. Our technology is currently being used by over 30 DMOs throughout North America and is used to manage the hotel reservation process for large-scale events like the Sundance Film Festival, Ironman Triathlons, TED Conferences and hundreds of other programs and events each year.
