ONE Lodging Management is a subsidiary of O’€™Neill Hotels & Resorts, a leading Vancouver, B.C. Canada-based hotel investment and management Company. SunONE Developments, a premier hotel design and construction company, is also owned by O’Neill Hotels & Resorts, and operates as a sister company to ONE Lodging Management.

In 2013, American Hotel Income Properties REIT, LP (AHIP REIT), a publicly-traded Canadian real estate investment trust, purchased its first hotel portfolio.  ONE partnered with AHIP as its managing entity.  ONE is currently the exclusive manager of all AHIP-owned hotels, in addition to managing properties on behalf of other owners.

ONE has offices in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and Scottsdale, Arizona and Wichita, Kansas in the United States.

Today, ONE manages 116 hotel properties in the U.S. and 2 hotels in western Canada.  ONE operates more than 12,000 guest rooms under well-known brand flags such as Hilton, Marriott, Wyndham and IHG brand families.  ONE’s portfolio also includes 28 Penny’s Diners, a proprietary 24-hour diner brand that is owned by AHIP.
