Beginning a career in Le Crocodile — an authentic French restaurant — he pursued his culinary studies at the Art Institute of Vancouver. Combining a love for delighting his customers with over 10 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, Chef Ma brings the utmost attention to the flavors, textures, and visual experience of each of his dishes.
