About Us
The YWCA Career Zone is an employment resource centre for youth ages 15-30. We are a free service funded by the Government of Canada.
We offer the following free services:
One-to-one employment counselling
Drop-in computer lab and employment resource library
5 job search and career exploration workshops
Case management services
Referrals to community programs
Referrals to skills upgrading programs
Assistance with SDEB funding for training and education
Services in French
Job Boards & Employment Website Lists
Special Events, e.g. Hiring Fairs; Career & Education Events
