go2HR 2022 Safety Mogul Award

The recipient of the Safety Mogul Award will receive their choice of a Mountain Collective Pass or an Epic Pass for the 2022-2023 winter season courtesy of go2HR.

Nominees for this award must be relatively new to a leadership position at a ski hill within Western Canada and demonstrate extraordinary safety leadership qualities, as well as the ambition to further their career in the ski industry. They may be a front-line supervisor, team leader, manager or equivalent of any department, who has made an impactful difference to the workplace safety experience of team members under their supervision. Actively cultivating workplace safety culture, providing safe work environments, participating in health and safety initiatives, and leading by a safe and fun example, are all qualities that would make the winner stand out above the other nominees.

The winner of this award will be announced at the CWSAA Spring Meeting in April 2022.
