Temporary Suitable Work Offer: Modifiable Template

This document is a template that can be used to offer suitable work (modified or alternate duties) to an injured worker based on their abilities and limitations. It is typically filled out collaboratively by the injured worker and their supervisor manager. For major injuries, the Functional Abilities Report can provide valuable guidance in this process.
