Mental Health Survey (2024)

In Spring 2024, go2HR and CMHA BC partnered to conduct a provincewide survey of tourism and hospitality employers that focused on mental health in the workplace. The findings were eye-opening: while the vast majority (92%) recognized mental health as a workplace priority, most (72%) admitted they were unsure how to take action or where to begin. Prioritizing mental wellness not only supports employee wellbeing but also drives tangible business benefits like higher retention, improved performance, and increased job satisfaction.
