Job Description

We are a 5 star, Swiss fine dinning Heliski Lodge located just outside of Terrace Bc. We are a family dynamic lodge, where all staff and all guests are family here, this is everyone’s home away from home.

Our goal is to find our next family member within a talented chef, whom is capable of working various chef positions to relive our 3 other chefs from their duties, in order to provide days off.

Responsibilities:
-Breakfast Chef 1-2 days
– Sous Chef 1-2 days
-Head Chef 1-2 days

Breakfast- Consists of breakfast and lunch duties.
Breakfast- Buffet style (30-40 p)
Lunch- To go lunch (25-35p), which includes daily hot home made soup.

Sous Chef- Work with our kitchen manager assisting in preparing buffet style staff dinner (10-18 p) and 3 course guest dinner service (20-30p).

Head Chef- Work with our Sous Chef to provide buffet style staff dinner and 3 course guest dinner service.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Requirements-
Must have previous fine dinning experience.
Ensure high-quality plating presentation and food quality.
Must have proficient skills in food preparation, cooking and service.
Ensure time management is followed to serve all meals at the required time.
Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment and adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Must be adaptable/understandable to changes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle stressful situations, in a calm, professional manner.
Must have a positive attitude with the ability to control emotions, and remain mature and professional.
