We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a passion for culinary excellence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties:
– Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
– Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
– Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner without compromising quality
– Assist with food inventory and ordering as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
– Follow proper food safety procedures and guidelines
– Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient and effective service

Requirements:
– Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and meal preparation techniques
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
– Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors effectively
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
– Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

Salary/Wage

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience

$650 (bills inclusive) for shared staff accommodation, 2 minute walk to work 3 month term position with ability to continue employment for the right candidate
