Job Description
JOB POSTING YVRC 001: Customer Service Agent
LOCATION: Richmond, B.C.
SHIFT: 10-hour shifts, and schedule will vary based on operational requirements
TERM: Full-Time, Permanent
WAGE: Starting at $22.00/hr

WHO WE ARE:
Seair Seaplanes has been in operation for over 40 years and has 12 aircraft, providing scheduled service, scenic tours and charters throughout southern B.C.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Telephone reception, flight reservations and responding to email enquiries
-Greeting and checking in passengers, as well as issuing boarding passes
-Weighing, lifting and tagging luggage
-Preparing passenger manifests, data entry and filing
-Calculating weight and balance for aircraft, dispatching of flights and aircraft scheduling
-Conduct radio communication effectively with the pilots and flight following of aircraft
-Balance end of day credit/cash transaction report
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
-Skilled multi-tasker, calm under pressure
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
-Must be able to work effectively with others and independently
-Previous aviation and/or tourism experience is an asset
-Geographical knowledge of BC’s West Coast is an asset
-Previous guest service experience is an asset
Salary/Wage
22.00/hr
