Coastal Rides is a local, community-first ride-hailing service proudly serving Tofino and surrounding areas. We provide safe, friendly, and reliable transportation — and we’re looking for dependable, customer-focused employee drivers to join our growing team.

Position: Employee Driver in Tofino & Ucluelet
Wage: $18.75/hour
Extras: 5% commission on fares + passenger tips
Schedule: Flexible part-time or full-time (up to 60 hrs/week)
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided for shifts
Drivers are responsible for basic care and cleanliness of the vehicle.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Requirements
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 4 BC Driver’s License
• Smartphone with data (to use our driver app)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Good knowledge of Tofino and surrounding areas
• Positive attitude, reliability, and customer service mindset
• Willing to work a variety of shifts (evenings/weekends, etc.)

Salary/Wage

18.75 base pay
