Job Description

The Fourth cook will mainly be working the salads and appetizer station. Occasionally helping prep the breakfast station. Main tasks will be making dressings, desserts, and other prep for the line. cleaning up prep areas and making sure the kitchen is stocked.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

At least two years of experience working in a kitchen environment
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and adhere to established health and safety standards
Be a team player that pulls their weight to promote overall success
Current food safe level 1 certificate or food handler’s card
Have a thorough knowledge of all food – including ingredients, preparation steps, ability to follow recipes and presentation skills
Culinary schooling an asset
No restrictions in shedule
Ability to bend or kneel frequently
Ability to stand for 8 hours
Can lift and move up to 50 pounds when necessary

Salary/Wage

22.93-25.45
