Job Description

Are you passionate about the arts and skilled at creating memorable experiences for guests? Evergreen Cultural Centre (ECC) is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Coordinator to join our team! This exciting event-based position is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of all customer-facing activities, including event planning, setup and implementation, bar management, staff and volunteer supervision, and providing artist hospitality.

Evergreen Cultural Centre Society operates a professional venue that offers arts and cultural services to the Tri-Cities area (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody). Our mission is to inspire the community by providing engaging, quality entertainment, exhibitions, and arts programs in a welcoming environment. The Centre houses a 257-seat, flexible black box theatre and a 1,500 square-foot public art gallery. The Rehearsal Hall and four art studios provide an additional 5,000 square-feet of space for Evergreen’s classes, workshops, and rentals, while the glassed-in lobby offers a spectacular view of Lafarge Lake.

Why Join Us? At ECC, we offer a fun, flexible, and creative work environment where every day brings new opportunities to connect with the community through the arts. We believe that art is integral to healthy communities and is meant to inspire people. If you share our passion for the arts and enjoy working in a vibrant, collaborative atmosphere, we want to hear from you!
