Guest room attendants are responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable guest room throughout their stay. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:
•Meet deliverables set out by the Executive Housekeeper
•Cleaning of guest rooms in entirety, including guest room area, bathrooms, and balconies – including but not limited to, dusting, disinfecting, vacuuming, window washing, and changing linens
•Replenishing guest room supplies
•Stocking and storing all cleaning equipment at the end of the shift
•Meet deliverables set out by the Executive Housekeeper, General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM)
•Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

•Independent worker able to perform tasks and duties with minimal direction
•Good health and physical ability to carry out job responsibilities
•Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
•Strong attention to detail
•Excellent multitasking skills and effective time management
•Efficient and organized with attention to detail
•Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
