Wild Water Adventures is a premium whitewater rafting operator seeking Guest Services Crew for the upcoming 2025 rafting season. Our daily trips take place on the world-famous Kicking Horse River where you will be expected to provide exceptional service to our guests on all our rafting day trips. Contract length: 4 Months
Expected start date: May 12, 2025
Expected end date: September 18, 2025
Job Type: Full time seasonal
Wage: $22 to $24 per hour dependent on previous experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Guest Services Crew are essential in the operation of our rafting trips, as they are the first faces guests see when they arrive at the River Base. They provide a welcoming environment, handling all off-river aspects of our rafting trips.

Duties of the Guest Services Crew include, but are not limited to the following:

Welcome and check in guests, answering any questions they have
Provide waiver speech and assist in guests filling out waivers
Ensuring the River Base is clean and looking its best
Selling trip photos and merchandise from our retail shop
Working closely with the Guiding, Driving and Sales & Reservations teams to ensure efficient trip logistics
Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications

Previous customer service
Previous experience in retail/with a POS system an asset
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Friendly personality with a hard-working attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary/Wage

22.00 - 24.00 dependent on experience
