Job Description
Join our wine loving team today! We are looking for a Kitchen Manager/Head Cook for our on site kitchen. Work with fresh, local ingredients to create a simple, wine friendly picnic menu. Guests walk up to order and they can take it to go or enjoy with a little wine on our patio picnic area.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The successful candidate will have professional kitchen experience, as well as customer service and cash handling. You will be responsible for scheduling, ordering, inventory & cost management. You will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of the kitchen. Post secondary culinary training is appreciated but experience counts as well. A current Food Safe certificate is a requirement of this position.
