Job Description

Our Bistro is a walk up vineyard kitchen serving to our picnic patio and our to go customers. Spend your summer in an air conditioned kitchen overlooking the South Okanagan. Spend your days making pizzas and snacks from locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Full time and part time positions are available. Serve customers, make friends and have a great summer.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Applicants should have valid Food Safe and Serving It Right certificates and a positive attitude. Prior professional cooking experience is a must. The menu is simple and the hours are reasonable; perfect for a young cook or a cook moving into retirement. You will be responsible for prepping food, keeping the kitchen area clean and in a state of readiness, alerting management to ordering and maintenance needs and serving customers in our walk up style bistro. Our operating hours vary, so weekends and some evening availability is a must.

Discount on wines, flexible scheduling and this position is gratuity positive. There are no servers as it is a walk up service situation.
