Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Life of a Line Cook:
Work cooperatively under the direction of the senior Chefs on all matters of the kitchen
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a ‘can do’ attitude in the kitchen
Execute dishes to the exact standards as set by the Sous Chef
What We’re Looking For:
Current “Food Safe” certification (or equivalent)
Flexible scheduling – working days, evenings and weekends required
You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
You put trust in others and never let anyone down
You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
