Prestige Oceanfront Resort is seeking an enthusiastic permanent full-time or part-time Marina Attendant at our Sooke marina. The Marina Attendant provides exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a safe and secure environment. If you are passionate about outdoor tourism and ensuring outstanding and professional guest services, this could be the perfect position for you!

The Marina Attendant supports the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the marina including greeting and assisting moorage guests, fuel sales, retail sales, and the safety and maintenance of the marina and grounds.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What does an ideal candidate look like?

– Must like to have fun at work!
– A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Customer service experience
– Boating industry or marina experience
– Must be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
– Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
– Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
– Must be willing to get Basic First Aid
– Pleasure craft operator card an asset
– Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Salary/Wage

$18.50 - $19 per hour
