Oversee all aspects of the member lifecycle, from inquiry to onboarding and retention.
Develop and execute strategic membership acquisition campaigns to attract qualified prospects.
Design and deliver engaging new member orientation programs.
Partner with the Membership Committee to identify and implement initiatives that enhance the member experience.
Conduct regular member satisfaction surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Manage and maintain all membership databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Generate comprehensive reports on member trends and engagement metrics.
Marketing & Communications:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the Club and its offerings.
Manage the Club’s website and social media presence, creating compelling content to drive engagement.
Collaborate with external vendors to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Oversee internal communications with members, ensuring timely and effective delivery of important updates.
Other Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer and management team in achieving the Club’s strategic objectives.
Assist with the preparation of the Annual Report and Annual General Meeting materials.
Build and maintain relationships with other professionals in the private club industry.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Qualifications

A strategic thinker with a proven record of accomplishment of success in membership management, marketing, or related fi elds.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end club, sports facility, or hospitality organization.
A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about sports and the unique offerings of a private club environment.
Adept at utilizing technology for membership management, marketing automation, and social media engagement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related fi eld (or equivalent experience).

Salary/Wage

60K to 80K annual
