Job Description

We are opening a new restaurant and banquet facility in Prince George. If you are looking for a new job and want to work with a fun and passionate team of food lovers, we want to hear from you.

Positions available:

We are looking for cooks, kitchen helpers, culinary leads, and chefs to form our back-of-house team, and guest service associates, bartenders, servers, banquet staff, restaurant and banquet leaders to complete our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Ideal candidates:
• Earned a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.
• Have strong interpersonal skills that allow them to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• Provide personalized and professional service to all guests, and showcase the local region.
• Can withstand extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions.
• Operate effectively in high pressure environment and remain calm and focused in urgent situations.
• Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime from time to time.
• Can read, write and communicate in an English working environment.
• Can manage time efficiently.
• Hold a valid FOODSAFE or Food Safety certification (for back-of-house positions).
• Hold a valid Serving it Right (or equivalent) certification (for front-of-house positions).
• Hold or are willing to work towards holding a First Aid, Level 1 certification.

Salary/Wage

17.40-19.40
