Position Title: Energetic and Results-Driven Sales Representative – Tourism & Hospitality Partnerships

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Sales & Relationship Management
Build and expand relationships with affiliates, including hotels, tour operators, and retail resellers.
Conduct regular site visits, onboard new affiliates, and provide expert training on products and services.
Revenue Growth & Performance Goals
Develop and execute incentive-driven sales programs to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
Identify new opportunities and craft creative sales solutions to maximize affiliate performance.
Event Marketing & Appreciation Programs
Plan and execute appreciation events to reward top affiliates, strengthen partnerships, and foster brand loyalty.
Promotional Campaigns & Partnerships
Lead campaigns to boost affiliate sales through cross-promotions and collaborations with key industry players.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with tourism and hospitality leaders.
Tradeshow Leadership & Industry Representation
Represent the company at major tradeshows, FAM tours, and tourism-related events.
Use these platforms to enhance brand visibility, attract new affiliates, and generate business leads.
Marketing & Communication
Develop compelling marketing materials, including newsletters, fact sheets, and posters, to engage affiliates and increase sales.
Operational Excellence
Collaborate with management to deliver timely sales reports, track account performance, and refine strategies.
Oversee budgets, mentor team members, and ensure superior guest service standards.
