Job Description
The Home Restaurant in Maple Ridge is looking for a Service Manager to enhance our existing team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Working directly with our front of house team to serve guests and maintain the restaurant. This is a hands on position.
-Supervise the front of house team to ensure service standards are high and our guests are getting our very best.
-Trouble shoot issues as they arise.
-Deal with guest complaints
-Train new front of house hires and re-train existing team as required.
-Fulfill the duties of the General Manager when they are away.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Food Safe
-Serving it Right
-Min 2 years experience in a high volume full service restaurant
Salary/Wage
20-23/hr
