Job Description

the heart of everything we do. The Snow School Lesson Sales Coordinator is pivotal in guiding,
supporting and leading the reservations team to ensure they are empowered to provide our guests
with the experience of a lifetime. This is an opportunity to lead with compassion, inspire excellence,

programs.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to the following):
• Be principle point of contact for Communications Center inquiries and On-Snow Supervisors.
• Lead a team of Lesson Desk Cashiers and Reservations Call Center team.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and customer service skills to de-escalate guest dissatisfaction or
concern.
• Contribute to the development of an organisation system to ensure efficient operation of Lesson
Desk.
• Collaborate with Guest Services Supervisor(s) to ensure consistency in product knowledge and
business practices.
• Assign tasks to Lesson Desk Cashiers to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Develop systematic process for responding to guest inquiries.
• Monitor and assist to process and book specialty (request) Private Lessons.
• Communicate effectively with Snow School Managers to ensure that all on-snow needs are met.
• Maintain communication with Snow School Managers regarding workload management and
progress.
• Provide a positive and encouraging working environment for Lesson Desk Cashiers.
• Obtain advanced product and sales knowledge to meet customer satisfaction needs.
• Obtain advanced Lessons details (Instructor rolls and responsibilities).
• Obtain advanced knowledge of back-end sales procedures and systems.
• Train and supervise Lesson Desk Cashiers and Reservations Call Center staff as per their job
descriptions.

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, and a willingness to learn.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Strong understanding of computer literacy and the ability to support team members in
developing their digital skills.
• Problem solver, self-motivated/self-directed.
• Effective team building skills.
• Excellent communication, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to give and receive feedback.
• Motivated to take on new challenges and responsibilities, able to show initiative and adapt to

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet needs of the business (evenings/weekends/holidays).EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
• CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 1+ certification (or foreign equivalent) an asset.
• High School or equivalent.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Must be able to legally work in Canada
• Hold a valid BC Driver’s License – an asset
• Have a dependable/insured vehicle required to get to/from work – an asset

Salary/Wage

$23/hr
