Job Description

The Boat Rentals Manager primary responsibility is to provide personalized, professional, and friendly service that exceeds our guest’s expectations while managing the team and the fleet.

There are FOUR key areas of responsibility for this position:
1. Guest Services
2. Manage the booking system
3. Manage the day-to-day operations including leading the team
4. Manager the fleet and equipment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

This position is a great summer job, leading and mentoring a team of local youth, having fun (safely!) in the sun. The position requires a valid BC Boating License and valid BC Drivers License, excellent knowledge of and experience on Okanagan Lake, experience leading a team and working with young people. The ability to do simple repairs and attach a trailer are huge assets. This is a hands-on position where no two days are alike.

Salary/Wage

24/hour plus discounts
