Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage private luxury tours with a high level of professionalism and engagement.
Deliver insightful and captivating commentary on local history, culture, and attractions.
Ensure seamless tour execution, from itinerary planning to on-the-ground coordination.
Maintain superior customer service standards, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
Oversee transportation logistics, ensuring timely departures, smooth travel, and vehicle maintenance.
Uphold safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Effectively resolve client inquiries and concerns with discretion and professionalism.

Valid Class 4 Driver’s License (mandatory).
Proven experience in the tourism or hospitality industry (luxury sector preferred).

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
Multilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
